Henley-on-Thames: HMT helps Little Black Dress fund launch of Alesha Dixon range
HMT, led by partner Ian Barton, has arranged and advised on development capital investment from the Greater Manchester Investment Fund in the online fashion retailer Little Black Dress which has just launched its spring/summer collections, including exclusive designs from Alesha Dixon.
The new investment will enable Little Black Dress to deliver its growth plans, further develop its own ranges, attract new premium brands and customers, and create additional unique collections in collaboration with artists such as Alesha Dixon.
Based in Manchester, Little Black Dress is a leading fashion brand specialising in occasion wear. Its online store offers a wide range of party and occasion dresses from renowned brands such as Reiss, French Connection and Forever Unique, as well as its own premium clothing brands such as Black, which are also distributed in high street boutiques.
