Retail tech company Jisp has capped off a record-breaking year thanks to its Scan & Save mobile app solution.

The Hampshire business saw retail sales grow 327 per cent in 2023 after bringing aboard a number of big brands – including KP Snacks, Gallo Wines, Biotiful and Lactalis – and scaling up its relationship with Nisa.

Scan & Save has now racked up £4.3 million for retailers since launch, with its discounts saving shoppers a combined total of £875,000.

Ilann Hepworth, Managing Director of Jisp, said: “We’re delighted with how we ended 2023 and we’re looking forward to another fast start in 2024.

“The level of growth we’ve experienced across the business has been phenomenal.

“It’s also pleasing that through what has been a tough year for shoppers we were able to provide savings approaching £1 million in a single year, including some strong pre-Christmas promotions to help out over the festive period.”

The coming months will see more deployments for the brand in the UK and Ireland, as well as overseas in Australia, Singapore, Canada and the US.

Ilann added: “We’ve got lots more to come in 2024.

“We’re set to launch a number of global campaigns with commercial partners from this February and we have another big UK wholesale announcement following on from the launch of our wholesale platform, which we believe will be a real game changer.

“Watch this space!”
