Guildford based outsourcing agency Get Ahead has hired Lisa Middleton as its new regional director for South Hampshire, where she will be helping small-to-medium-sized businesses across the region.

A business and finance graduate, Lisa specialises in business-to-business (B2B) marketing and has worked for major global companies, including Ernst & Young, Computacenter and PXP Financial.

Lisa said: “Marketing is such a dynamic industry which is constantly evolving. The corporate world suited me well for many years, and I am proud to have worked on some high-profile projects and campaigns. But an accident in 2021 caused me to reassess what I wanted from working life. The time was right to do something different.

"While researching flexible working opportunities, I watched a webinar with Get Ahead founder Rebecca Newenham and was impressed by her passion for her business and flexible working. Becoming a regional director with Get Ahead felt like the perfect opportunity to use my current marketing and business skills in a completely new and exciting way."

Lisa added: "I can’t wait to get out and connect with local businesses. Despite some of the current economic challenges, I know this area has many businesses with ambitious growth plans but not enough people or hours in the day to turn those plans into action. The Get Ahead team can help them to achieve their goals."

Get Ahead has regional directors in Berkshire, East Midlands, Essex, Harrogate, Leeds, North Hampshire, Oxford, Suffolk, Surrey, York as well as a global presence in the Republic of Ireland and Australia.
