Gillingham HVAC firm Wozair buys North Sea Ventilation and Air Conditioning
North Sea Ventilation and Air Conditioning Limited has just been acquired by Kent's Wozair Energy Holdings Limited, one of the biggest global producers of HVAC equipment for the energy and maritime industries.
With a 2016 revenue of some £39 million, Wozair is an industry-leading producer of HVAC equipment all across the world. It offers specialised solutions in a wide range of industrial sectors, including power generation, oil and gas, maritime, and industrial. It is HQ'd in the UK and has operations in Europe, Singapore, Dubai, Korea, the USA, and Australia.
This recent acquisition is in addition to the firm's asset purchase and majority acquisition of Thermoplant Offshore Services Limited back in 2019.
North Sea Ventilation and Air Conditioning are renowned suppliers of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Originally established to support the North Sea oil and gas sectors, the organisation has built up a reputation for cost effectiveness, quality, dependability and quality customer service.
In a shared statement, Wozair shareholders said: "We think we all feel a great sense of optimism and enthusiasm working together to achieve this, particularly in the expanding energy and marine HVAC markets. This will also bring with it scope and opportunity for advancement of staff within the companies."
