Within the specialist residential development team, Andrew Annette has been made partner and has relocated from the Reading office to Guildford. He is joined by Laura Lyon who has been promoted to associate.

Meanwhile, specialist property consultancy Gateley Hamer has promoted Shelley Michael to head of its GIS services which produces geospatial insight and geographic data for land and development schemes.

"Congratulations to Andrew, Laura and Shelley on their richly deserved promotions," said Louise Paterson, partner and head of Gateley’s Guildford office.

"We are very much committed to supporting the development of talent across our legal and consultancy teams to strengthen our services for clients in the South East.

“It’s also great to have Andrew join our acquisitions team in Guildford. He will still work closely with the team in Reading but will be a valuable asset to bolster our Guildford offering."

Gateley employs over 1,500 people across 25 offices in 21 locations, including Belfast, Birmingham, Chester, Exeter, Glasgow, Guildford, Leeds, Llandudno, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Reading, and Rutland. It also has a presence in Dubai.
