Five Valleys Market welcomes new ice cream parlour and local wine merchant
The Five Valleys Indoor Market in Stroud has welcomed two new fantastic, local businesses to the line up – and they will both be open in time for Goodwill evening on Friday 4th December.
The first of the new arrivals is Nova’s Ice Cream Parlour, headed up by Matthew Griffiths and Philip Fry. Nova’s will bring a selection of sweet treats to the Market including candyfloss, crepes and 15 different flavours of Winstone’s Ice Cream available in cones or takeaway tubs.
Nova’s is a family-run business and the same team are behind Brody’s Take Out, which has been open at Five Valleys since the Market opened at the beginning of the year. Brody’s and Nova’s are lovingly named after owner’s two grandchildren.
Phoenix Wines from Cirencester will also be opening at the Five Valleys Market next week, selling a huge selection of wines, spirits and beers.
Simon Griffiths from Phoenix Wines is passionate about championing local producers, so shoppers can expect to find wines from Woodchester Valley, Poulton Hill and Three Choirs plus beers from Stroud Brewery and British Polo organic Gin.
Both new additions will be open in time for Stroud’s Goodwill evening on Friday 4th December and the Five Valleys Market will be open and trading until 9pm on the evening, with live entertainment and plenty of tasty food to enjoy.
The team from Five Valleys will also be hosting late night Friday’s on the 11th and 18th December, with food and drink served until 9pm and live entertainment.
Centre Manager of Five Valleys Dionne Moore said: “We are really excited to see two more fantastic, local businesses open at the Five Valleys Market next week who are both bringing something completely new and unique to the line up!”
