A popular pub in Lytchett Minster, Poole has reopened following a £300,000 renovation by independent Dorset brewer Hall & Woodhouse.

The new outdoor space at the St Peter’s Finger is double the size of the previous terrace and can be used all year, while the refurbishment has preserved the building's traditional features, said the Blandford-based family company.

"We are committed to providing a warm experience at all of our pubs where regulars and visiting guests feel welcome and at home," said Matt Woodhouse, regional manager at Hall & Woodhouse.

"Our recent renovation at the St Peter’s Finger has delivered an impressive new look to the local favourite, while paying homage to its much-loved traditional features, making this gorgeous spot for Sunday lunch and a meal with family even more beautiful."

Rumen Yordanov, the general manager of the venue, added: "We are really proud of our new look at the St Peter’s Finger. The recent renovations elevate the experience our locals and regulars know and love.

"Our new terrace and outdoor space are bound to be popular spaces for the community to enjoy the sunshine, and we can’t wait to see families and friends alike make use of it over the coming months."

The pub also boasts a new cosy nook and a 'garden room', which opens onto the newly expanded and furnished terrace. For more information, see HERE.

Hall & Woodhouse, known for its Badger Ales, was founded in Dorset in 1777 and today has a collection of around 160 pubs in its managed house and business partner estate, stretching from Woolacombe to Teignmouth in Devon and London to Brighton.

After more than 245 years, it remains family owned, with Anthony Woodhouse and Mark Woodhouse both in the business as the current seventh generation stewards.
