Deltron Lifts secure new headquarters in Basingstoke

Deltron Lifts are to open a new office in Basingstoke.

The firm which has outlets across London and the South of England secured premises at the West Ham Industrial Estate, on Grafton Way.

West Midlands law firm, Higgs LLP completed a lease transaction for Deltron Lifts Limited on a 4,541 sq ft property.

Lukas Schlenker, Business Support at Deltron Lifts, said: “Higgs were fantastic and continued to push this deal forward when at times it looked like the hurdles in our way were insurmountable.

“I can only compliment Higgs for providing a highly professional and personal service.

“This unit will provide us with a new southern head office that will create a strong hub in the region as well as a link with our main head office in the West Midlands. It will change our Southern operations with greater and more efficient storage, as well as providing more effective office space.

“This is an integral part of our progression and growth plans over the next three to five years.”

Deltron Lifts Limited also has premises in Oldbury, London, Leicester, Fareham and the Isle of Wight and specialises in the maintenance, repair, installation and testing of all types of lifts.

Maria Nicol, Principal Associate in the Higgs Commercial Property team, and Senior Associate Natasha Bhardwaj secured the deal.

Higgs dealt with all aspects of the Lease agreement between the Landlord and Deltron Lifts, including title investigation, raising standard and specific enquiries, negotiation, approval and completion of the Lease and post completion work.
