ESET, a global provider of security software for enterprises and consumers, is moving to new offices and has let the 3rd floor at Ocean 80 (pictured) in Bournemouth. Other tenants in the building include Lloyds and Health-on-Line. The move was facilitated by Goadsby Commercial on behalf of Ameriscot Commercial.

Ocean 80 is a landmark 10-storey office building fronting Holdenhurst Road. The building benefits from impressive communal areas, including an attractive manned reception area with secure access to the building, a café offering a wide range of food and beverages and a private gym which tenants have the opportunity to join.

Malcolm Tuck, ESET’s UK MD commented: "Ocean 80 offers ESET the perfect environment for our business to continue to grow. It was important that we secured a space that allows our people to work flexibly and collaboratively. As a technology business, Ocean 80 meets all of our demands and is a fitting location for our UK headquarters."

James Edwards, Director, Goadsby Commercial said: "We are very pleased to have secured the letting to ESET and having heard their plans for the building, they are clearly very focused in transforming the space into a fantastic area for their staff to work."
