Crowe's Johnathan Dudley receives national Mindshop award
Johnathan Dudley, the head of manufacturing at advisory and audit group Crowe UK, says he is 'humbled' to have been awarded a national honour by global business advisory service Mindshop.
Dudley, who joined the firm 35 years ago, has been awarded the 2023-24 “Value to Others” award by Mindshop, which provides advisors with the tools and strategies to fast-track clients' growth, profit and personal development objectives.
Dudley, who joined Mindshop in 1999, is also an ICAEW Council member, chair of the ICAEW West Midlands regional strategy board and a director of Black Country Chamber of Commerce.

He said: "I am particularly proud and humbled to receive this award as it cuts right to the heart of what Mindshop is about.
"It is a key part of my work as an advisor to clients, whether board members or managers, and as a coach and mentor to support them in what they do and help them to realise their goals, whether business or personal."
He added that for people who will be watching the Ashes or ‘The Hundred’ this summer, "I am an accountant but my clients will tell you that I’m much more than that".
"I don’t just ‘keep score’, I’m in there batting with you!"
