Cobham: Mundays acts on SDS acquisition

Mundays LLP acted for AIM-listed company Pentagon Protection plc, a global specialist in the supply and installation of enhanced glass protection, on its acquisition of the entire issued share capital of SDS Group.

SDS Group, an international security company based in Kent, are leaders in high risk security consulting, training and the supply of a comprehensive range of security equipment and products.

The Mundays team was led by Corporate solicitor Julian Harvey and assisted by solicitor Christopher Saunders (corporate) and Karl Hughes (property).

“We are delighted to have worked with Pentagon on the acquisition of SDS Group which further enhances their market strength and capability," said Julian Harvey, Corporate Solicitor, Mundays.
