Client Talk Director launches professional services diversity survey
Are you a professional services firm that is passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion?
Maybe you think that your firm is doing great work and it isn’t getting the recognition it deserves. Perhaps you think that your firm is doing all the wrong things and you want to make sure that others don’t make the same mistakes. Wherever you sit on that spectrum, we need you!
Claire Rason, Director of Client Talk, is the author of the legal diversity report The Class of 2002. The report sought to find out what was behind the lack of gender parity at leadership in law, seen through the lens of her trainee intake at a leading City law firm. Why had the women failed to be as “successful” as the men?
In a follow-up to The Class of 2002, Client Talk are looking for your stories. They want to find out what works – and what doesn’t – when it comes to DEI initiatives in professional services firms. Do you know what success looks like? Are there horror stories you want to avoid others making?
Claire says, “I strongly believe that DEI is one of the areas where firms need to be collaborating, with each other and with clients. This isn’t about gaining a competitive advantage, it is about creating environments where everyone can thrive.”
If you believe her, please take 10 minutes to answer Client Talk’s survey found here. All answers will be treated anonymously and all respondents will be given priority access to the results.
