Three Sixty Design Solutions recently welcomed education secretary Gillian Keegan MP to tour the firm’s Hills Barns offices in Chichester.

Directors Harvey Ford, Simon Amery and Stephen Rodway were keen to showcase a range of innovative technology, including their Building Information Modelling (BIM) 360 tech and digital scanners which can create pinpoint accurate ‘digital twin’ models of buildings.

They also discussed apprenticeships and training, as well as the firm’s work for government departments.

Harvey said: “It was a privilege to welcome Gillian to our offices.

“We were pleased to talk about our recruitment and business growth locally, as well as our future expansion plans and technological development.

“Gillian clearly is very knowledgeable about business and we’re immensely grateful to her for showing such a keen interest in what we do and taking the time to visit.”

Gillian left school at 16 with 10 O-levels to begin an apprenticeship at Delco Electronics, a subsidiary of General Motors, in Kirkby.

She went on to work for companies in the manufacturing, banking, IT and travel sectors before being elected as MP for Chichester in 2017.

She said: “It was a pleasure to visit a dynamic and fast-growing company on our doorstep in Chichester.

“As someone with a long career in business prior to entering parliament, I always welcome the opportunity to get back into workplaces and find out about the contribution they’re making to the economy, both locally and nationally.”

Three Sixty Design Solutions provides professional services throughout the project lifecycle from conception to completion for commercial and public sector clients across the country.

Its core disciplines are architecture, building surveying, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and fire engineering, specialist surveying, project management, contract administration and acoustic services.

As well as Chichester, it has offices in Ely, Cambridgeshire and at London Bridge.
