Raymond Brown Minerals & Recycling has appointed Wayne Roberts as chief finance officer. He will oversee all finance and IT activities within the business, and sit on the board with Stuart Harris, chief executive, and Steve Clasby, chief operating officer.
Roberts is a chartered accountant with over 10 years’ extensive experience gained as a chief finance officer/director across a variety of industries, including the environmental, engineering and construction sectors. He has held a number of senior finance positions with the likes of Shell and Amey plc as well as private equity-backed businesses.
Harris commented: “Wayne's appointment further enhances our senior management team, and it will help us to effectively deliver the commitments laid out in our growth strategies and business plan.”
