CBRE Southampton strengthening offering across South Coast

The Southampton office of commercial real estate giant CBRE says it is strengthening its offering across the south coast as it welcomes two new team members and celebrates qualification success.

Lauren Sporle and Stephen Golding recently joined the team to meet increased demand, meaning the Southampton office has grown to seven from three in five years.

Golding brings 25 years of experience within refurbishment and design, while Sporle's specialist experience in historic properties strengthens the team’s capabilities to advise on a variety of projects, it said.

In addition, Laura Hewett and Joss Gray, have achieved the assessment of professional competence to qualify as RICS Chartered Surveyors, it added.

James Brounger, head of CBRE Southampton, said: "Our new team members and recent exam success are a testament to the talent, knowledge and expertise we have in our Southampton office and will undoubtedly enhance our services to our clients."
