Real estate firm CBRE have appointed four new staff to their Project Management (“PJM”) and Landlord & Tenant (“L&T”) departments.

Stuart Hill joins PJM as an Associate Director as the department sees some of its fastest growth in the last three years. A qualified chartered building surveyor, Stuart is focusing is on a variety of commercial client, technical due diligence services and defence sector projects across CBRE’s Midlands and South Region.

Senior Surveyor Katy Wills joins the L&T department. Katy previously worked at Davis Coffer Lyons before joining CBRE L&T in London. Following a career break and a move to the South Coast, Katy returns to a role primarily focusing on lease renewals and rent reviews within the Retail and Telecoms sectors.

Lilli Jackson has joined the Property Management department as a Graduate Surveyor. She joined from Altus Group, where she trained as a business rates surveyor prior to joining CBRE to widen her knowledge and experience and is looking to her APC later in the year.

Justyna Stronska has relocated to Southampton from Poland as a PJM Team Assistant. Justyna has worked for CBRE since April 2021, initially based in the EMEA finance department in Warsaw before moving to the Southampton office.

James Brounger, Head of CBRE Southampton commented: “We are excited to announce the latest recruits to the Southampton office as our service line expansion continues and further enhances our offering to clients across the South Coast.

“It is an exciting time for both the Project management and Landlord & Tenant teams. This year is already proving to be busy as we take advantage of the opportunities available in key growth areas such as low carbon energy, logistics and ESG.

“The team is continuing to grow, and I look forward to making further recruitment announcements during the course of 2022.”
