Bracknell town centre regeneration scheme gets 169 new homes in phase one
A long vacant Bracknell Town Centre property is to be converted into more than 150 new homes.
The derelict Market Street property will be converted into 169 new homes as part of a council led regeneration scheme. The Council has enlisted property firm countryside as delivery partners.
In addition to new commercial and community space the partnership aims to provide 400 new homes across three derelict properties in Bracknell centre.
Daniel King, managing director, West London and Thames Valley, Countryside, said: “Our Market Street regeneration will bring high-quality, tenure blind, new homes to the centre of Bracknell, rejuvenating a derelict location into a vibrant, mixed-use development that supports the town centre.”
