Goadsby Commercial are delighted to have assisted R1SE with the recent letting of 104 Commercial Road in Bournemouth town centre.
The property provides substantial accommodation over both ground and first floor. Following further negotiations, Goadsby assisted with the letting of the adjacent first floor space over the former Maplin’s store which the occupiers are using to expand the gym/fitness studio side of the business.
Following an extensive fit out, Ty Temel, Ben Reynolds and Jamie Whisken have recently opened the café aspect of the business with the gym and fitness studio due to open to the public in the coming weeks.
Edd Watts of Goadsby commented, "It was a pleasure to work with the R1SE team who over the last few months have carried out a considerable refurbishment of the building to provide a quality establishment for the local community."
"This letting is one of a number of recent additions to the town centre in recent months with further openings in the pipeline."
