Law firm Blake Morgan has appointed Hannah Williams as its new Head of Learning & Development.

Hannah joins the firm’s HR leadership team following previous senior talent and development roles for a range of national and international organisations in the technology, retail and healthcare sectors.

Her past experience includes her position as Head of Organisational Development at Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Senior Global Talent Partner for Specsavers.

She will work closely with Liz Bryne, the firm's HR & Development Director, and deliver an annual employee learning and development programme, as well as driving the firm’s online training platform, Blake Morgan Academy.

Hannah will work closely with business leaders across the firm to create a range of learning experiences that support individual growth and business performance.

Hannah Williams, Head of Learning and Development at Blake Morgan, said: "This is a really exciting time to be joining the firm. Following the introduction of Blake Morgan’s Smart Working policy – which embraces different ways of working – I will be working with our teams to deliver a future-focused learning offering, so our people can access development when, where, and how they need it.

"I'm looking forward to growing Blake Morgan's career support at all levels, creating great experiences for our trainees and apprentices, and supporting the growth and development of our talent."

Liz Bryne, HR & Development Director at Blake Morgan, commented: "Learning and development is a key part of the support we offer our colleagues at Blake Morgan so I am thrilled to welcome Hannah and to seeing her skills and expertise being used to support our colleagues and our business leaders."
