Bicester PR agency named one of top in world focussed on tech hard and software

A Bicester-based PR agency has been named as one of the top channel-focused PR firms in the world by global analyst firm, Forrester.

The channel refers to an ecosystem of people and organisations selling technology hardware, solutions and services and CubanEight’s campaigns support those efforts.

CubanEight was founded in 2009 and has created award-winning B2B technology campaigns for global businesses, market-leaders and what it refers to as "fast-growing disrupters", including Selligent, Signifyd, and Rufus Leonard.

This insight is based on hundreds of inquiries and advisory sessions with technology vendors and conversations with media executives globally.  Forrester is one of the most influential research and advisory firms in the world, it works with business and technology leaders to drive customer-obsessed vision, strategy, and execution that accelerate growth.

According to Jay McBain, Principal Analyst, Channel Partnerships & Alliances who led the research into the value of PR for channel vendors:  “In our conversations with channel vendors, many have pointed to the diminishing consumer trust in media, and they have valid questions on whether this extends to industry-specific media, as well. The stories that PR people share with the media need to be timely, robust, accurate, and relevant. Moreover, they also need to be supported by reputable stats, expert opinion, and solid facts.

"Journalists are under increasing pressure to produce results and get digital content out there at a rapid rate. PR needs to be a valuable content provider for the media, providing assets they can use to develop quick and meaningful stories. Agility is becoming one of the most important metrics for rating PR agencies.”

Sian Gaskell, Managing Director and founder of CubanEight said: “This is an incredible honour to receive from such a well-regarded organisation as Forrester. So unexpected and even more significant as it came from the opinions of the journalists and clients and contacts we work with every day. So incredibly proud for the team that CubanEight was included in this global list and such a reflection of the work that we deliver for our clients. ”
