National accountancy and business advisory group Xeinadin has acquired Cadwallader & Co, the Bicester-based accountants.
In 2022, Xeinadin formed a strategic partnership with private equity firm Exponent, in which the latter made a significant minority investment in Xeinadin and this is the firm's 18th expansion announcement since then.

Xeinadin Group was formed in 2019 and it has more than 135 offices and over 1,900 team members. It provides over 40 service lines to over 70,000 clients, predominantly small and medium sized businesses and their owner-managers.
