TMC, a global, integrated media company, has awarded NewVoiceMedia, a provider of cloud technology which helps businesses sell more, serve better and grow faster, a 2016 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for its ContactWorld platform.

ContactWorld is a multi-tenant intelligent communications platform that integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, enabling companies to have more successful conversations with their customers. It helps companies take all of the data they collect about customers and apply it to every conversation they have with them. For sales, this means stronger understanding of customer/company relationships, funnel activity and preferences. For service, it facilitates stronger views of customer challenges and opportunities for growth and satisfaction.

Jonathan Gale, CEO of NewVoiceMedia, said: “NewVoiceMedia is committed to the development of its suite of true cloud solutions. We offer companies the best possible technology within their CRM instance so that they can forge deeper connections with their customers”.

Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC, said: “ContactWorld is truly an innovative product and among the best solutions brought to market that facilitates business-transforming voice, data and video communications.”
