Aspirin Business Solutions has announced that it has been awarded a grant by the BCP Council for the purpose of delivering its Liberating Leadership Programme to 30 leaders and senior managers within the BCP areas.

Scheduled to deliver between September 2021 and March 2022, the programme will teach the mindset, skills, and processes of high-performance leaders, as well as exploring the challenges of managing employees working from home.

In her recent announcement on LinkedIn, Susannah Brade-Waring, managing director of Aspirin Business Solutions, said "We are excited to announce that Aspirin Business Solutions has been awarded a grant from BCP Council, to deliver fully funded leadership development for 30 leaders from organisations in the BCP Council area. Our project scored highly against BCP Council's criteria for innovation, deliverability, ability to create pride in place, and generate benefits for the wider economy."

The Liberating Leadership Programme, which was formed as the culmination of 25 years of research into what made effective leaders effective, is a tried-and-tested solution that combines powerful diagnostics, one-to-one mentoring and practical learning. Designed for 100% online delivery, leaders and senior managers gain a deep insight into their current leadership mindset, are taught practical ways to diagnose and solve team issues and are given a suite of practical resources that they can quickly implement to create positive change at their organisation. A past client of the programme stated: "I have done lots of leadership and management training, but now I wish I’d done the Liberating Leadership Programme 30 years ago. I would have been a different kind of leader.”

There are a total of 30 places available, in three cohorts of 10. Each cohort will participate in 6 x 2.5 hour online sessions. For more information about the programme, dates, and requirements, visit this webpage.
