Arora Hotels plans to develop and operate a four-star, 200-bedroom property opposite Ascot racecourse.
Planning consent is being sought for the hotel, which will be sited on the High Street with direct, underground access to the racecourse.
To be known as the Royal Ascot hotel, it will have a restaurant and spa, and is the second property that Arora Hotels, owned by chief executive Surinder Arora, is developing close to a sporting venue. Plans are also in the pipeline for the building of the four-star, 170 bedroom Arora hotel at the Kia Oval.
