AGO Hotels expands to 14 locations and 1,000 rooms

AGO Hotels has added three new UK hotels, which means the company now operates across 14 locations and 1,000 rooms in England, Wales, and Scotland.

The new hotels are:

Former Grange Bracknell Hotel: a 4-star hotel located in Bracknell’s new town centre “The Lexicon”. It has 80 guest bedrooms and a further 40 aparthotel rooms with full kitchen facilities and a lounge and dining area, a selection of large conference suites and meeting rooms with a conference capacity of up to 600, a bar, restaurant and outdoor terraces.
The Orchard Hotel Gloucester, with en-suite facilities across 60 guest bedrooms.
Former Travelodge Thurrock M25: the 47-bedroom hotel is located within the M25 Thurrock Services and near Lakeside Shopping Centre.

The addition of these new hotels represents an increase in AGO’s number of rooms by more than 90% over a period of 10 months.

Since launching in December 2020, the company has expanded to a team of almost 200 staff, with growth fuelled by a recovery in the UK hotel sector and the strength of AGO’s lease model.
