At the South Coast Property Awards 2024, we’re looking to acknowledge the most noteworthy new developments with a range of categories.

Promote your environmental impact 

For our independent judges, having a positive environmental impact is paramount. Sustainability is the name of the game in today’s climate as all businesses are vying to protect the planet – including details about your ESG efforts in your nomination form is a great way to stick at the forefront of our judges’ minds. 

Don’t forget the negatives – Write about your resilience 

Every developer worth their salt has faced challenges. If you’ve had hurdles to overcome or setbacks to push through, we want to hear about them. Being open about the issues your development has gone through only makes the amazing end results seem all the more impressive.
