The property industry contributes a great deal to the UK’s economy and includes a range of professions from architects and housebuilders to estate agents and property maintenance service providers.

As The Business Magazine continues to expand, we’re able to highlight the work of new businesses across the country.

Alongside the launch of our new and improved website that has now expanded to include coverage of the South West, we’ve put together a list of seven local property companies in Bristol:

Boardwalk

Selling some of ‘Bristol’s most inspiring homes’, Boardwalk takes a fresh approach to estate agency that has defined it as one of the region’s top award-winning property companies. Well known for its fun marketing and dynamic market presence, Boardwalk says that its only criteria is to ‘be original’. Company founders Jack and Nick have built a strong culture within their business, clearly promoting values of community, approachable service and pride in their work.

SWR

Placing an emphasis on having a clear, transparent approach to maintaining long-lasting client relationships and always trying to add a ‘dash of affability and warmth’, SWR boasts a close-knit team of experienced professionals who drive the business to be one of the best in Bristol. From running landlord seminars to actively supporting employee mental health, SWR puts people and communities first.

Now working simultaneously on an impressive number of new projects, the business successfully branched into the world of commercial development with its first major project comprising over 100,000 sq ft of warehousing at Patchway Trading Estate.

BNS takes great pride in the quality of its service, claiming that it can always offer you ‘expert guidance and support’.

Putting people first, the business keeps a constant eye on how the property market is evolving, adapting its services to ensure that it’s always doing more than simply ‘ticking boxes’.
