As we get closer to the Thames Valley Property Awards, and with the South Coast Property Awards right around the corner, we’re excited to be able to shine a much-deserved light on the UK’s property sector.

We’re proud to be able to recognise and celebrate the work of builders, engineers, developers and consultants alike with our diverse range of awards.

With B P Collins sponsoring the TVPA’s Architectural Practice of the Year Award, we’ve put together a list of 6 Architectural Practises in Hampshire whose work is having a positive effect on their region:

Lyons+Sleeman+Hoare

Delivering successful award-winning projects on both a local and international scale, Lyons+Sleeman+Hoare is a well-known name in Hampshire’s property community. Originally established in 1963, the firm has experience in the retail, residential, leisure, mixed-use, commercial and education sectors, having completed projects with a value of up to in excess of £1bn.

ADAM Architecture

Specialising in classical and traditional architecture, skilfully modernised with contextual urban design in mind, ADAM Architecture has had a hand in a number of developments from small-scale housing to restoring historic buildings to whole village extensions. Boasting a team of around 100 people, the firm has led some pioneering work in the planning of many major urban extensions in Somerset, Oxfordshire, Lincolnshire, Berkshire and Hampshire.
