Three things that make a strong Tech Leadership team

At the heart of every good company is a strong leadership team. Whether it’s backed by a wealth of experience, a thriving culture of collaboration or a relentless passion for its industry, the quality of a leadership team can make or break a company.

At this year’s South Coast Tech Awards, we’ll be recognising one particularly driven group of business leaders with the help of category sponsor Gresham House Ventures.

Before we name the strongest contenders in the South Coast as the Tech Leadership Team of the Year, we’ve put together a list of three factors that will be key in deciding our winner:

Vision – to be a successful business leader you need to know where you’re going. From inspiring employees to setting attainable goals, any high-growth business is centred around a clear vision shared by every member of the company.

Strategy – heading up a company comes with a lot of difficult decisions, but it falls to a good leadership team to do what’s best for their business. While it helps to have a refined pool of experiences and past mistakes to draw knowledge from, even the most fresh-faced teams can devise successful strategies through collaboration and a hunger for innovation.

Creativity – taking inspiration from other companies is a healthy practice, but to be a winner at the South Coast Tech Awards you need to stand out from the crowd. Creativity is instrumental in disrupting the market and driving your business in a direction that fosters success and cements you as an unmatched leadership team.

This year’s event is getting closer by the day, and come October we’ll be filling the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl with all the top tech talent in the South Coast region.

With a room full of executives and leaders, we can’t wait to see who is crowned the Tech Leadership Team of the Year.

Thank you again to Gresham House Ventures for sponsoring this award.
