Poole-based cybersecurity firm C3IA Solutions has moved its headquarters to larger premises in the centre of town.

The business, founded in 2006 by two former Royal Signallers, has seen significant growth, now employing more than 150 team members.

Specialising in system engineering, ICT and information assurance, C3IA works across the public and private sectors, playing a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of critical defence programmes.

As one of the first six companies certified by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), it delivers expert cyber security solutions, including Cyber Essentials and security testing, as well as counter-eavesdropping services.

Its new offices are on North Street in the Old Town area of Poole, close to the railway station and with room to allow further growth.

C3IA also has a satellite office at the Business Cyber Centre in Chippenham, Wiltshire.

MD John Botterill said: “This move marks another milestone in our ongoing sustainable growth strategy.

“As we outgrew our previous offices in Ling Road, we required a much larger space and found the right location after exploring a number of potential new homes.

“Businesses are realising the importance of cyber-security and information assurance and that understanding is part of the reason for our growth.

“Traditionally, we have largely recruited from the armed forces community including highly-skilled veterans, but for some time have been offering employment opportunities to graduates, career starters and those looking to make a career move.

“With the UK cyber security sector predicted to be worth more than £20 billion by 2029, we foresee continued growth for C3IA, so we’re delighted to have new, modern headquarters to facilitate our expanding operations and better serve our clients.

“We look forward to welcoming our colleagues, clients and partners at the new offices and connecting with local businesses.”
