Three of the four speculative units in the second phase of development at Ansty Park<\/a> in Coventry have successfully completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The warehouse\/logistics buildings cover a combined 560,000 sq ft, ranging in size from 117,000 to 269,000 sq ft, and are available for immediate occupation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Apollo 5, the largest of the new units, will come in at 301,000 sq ft and is expected to be ready from April 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All buildings feature roof-mounted solar arrays and EV charging points, and have achieved both BREEAM Excellent and EPC A ratings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Read the March 2024 issue of The Business Magazine, including our feature on skills<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n John Vincent, Head of Asset Management, UK at Cromwell Property Group, asset manager for the scheme, said: \u201cThe Apollo units at Ansty Business Park offer occupiers looking for the highest quality space in a prime location the best solution available in the current market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe flight to quality will lead logistics operators and high-value manufacturers straight to our client\u2019s scheme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe combination of very strong connectivity, sustainability credentials, best-in-class design and proximity to a substantial, skilled labour pool will help us deliver an outstanding investment performance at this location.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Apollo, Ansty Park is a 52-acre site with access to a landscaped park, running track, nature trail and wildlife corridor, as well as 24\/7 security and out-of-hours access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s situated within the golden triangle, with Rolls-Royce, Sainsbury\u2019s, Cadent Gas and aerospace giant Meggitt among its current occupiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Richard James-Moore, a director at JLL<\/a>, added: \u201cHigh quality, sustainable logistics buildings are like gold dust in and around Coventry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThese new spaces at Ansty Park tick the boxes for sustainability and quality, as well as connectivity given the proximity to J2 M6 and M69.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
