Netcom Training to deliver digital skills bootcamp under £850k WMCA contract

Netcom Training, an IT training provider, has been awarded a contract worth more than £850,000 with the West Midlands Combined Authority to deliver digital skills bootcamps.
With tech talent in high demand, the fully funded courses will offer West Midlands residents the opportunity to learn digital skills in six-week bootcamps covering a variety of roles and topics including Infrastructure Technician, Cyber Security, Data Analytics and Digital Marketing.
Kevin Vashi, Managing Director at Netcom Training said: “Digital bootcamps are a huge opportunity for people to expand their skillset and push their careers forward, without making a huge commitment to a long-term training programme.
“They are also a fantastic way for employers to access new talent and offer training to existing employees, widening the skills in their business for future growth. We are pleased to be working with West Midlands Combined Authority on these courses and look forward to upskilling a new cohort of digital learners.”
