Cheltenham's Pennant International finance boss resigns
The Chief Financial Officer at the AIM-listed Cheltenham systems support and training solutions company Pennant International has resigned with immediate effect.
In a statement, the company said that Michael Branson has resigned to 'pursue other opportunities'.
The company has begun a search and selection process for a new CFO and will appoint an interim senior finance executive to support the Board.
The company reported group revenue of £15.5 million for 2023, up from £13.7 million in 2022, and a gross profit margin of 50 per cent, up from 42 per cent the prior year.
