Bristol recruiter Baltimore appoints Associate Director of Client Engagement 

Bristol based recruitment company, Baltimore Consulting, has announced Ailidh Van Wyk as Associate Director of Client Engagement following a six-month secondment in the role. 

Ailidh will be responsible for driving sales and delivering quality service to new and existing clients across vulnerable subject areas in education and social care. 

Ailidh has been an integral part of the business since joining in 2016. Starting her role in education, her ability to build relationships has allowed the business to work exclusively with an additional 18 per cent of Local Authorities across the UK, placing senior professionals working within Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

Having been acting in this position since September last year she has seen a 23 per cent increase in gross profit across the business. This is a significant appointment within the business the company said.
