Windsor: Jansons signs Telos

Jansons Property has signed global business consultant Telos Partners Group for the ground floor at Admiral House in Windsor.
Telos Partners has signed a 10-year lease for 3,473 sq ft, at a rent of £28.50 per sq ft. The transaction follows on from a letting of the first floor to ITW and leaves only a floor of 1,460 sq ft, plus 402 sq ft immediately available.
Andy Jansons of Jansons Property said: “The property is a short walk from both rail stations in Windsor, in an established office location. We have strong interest in the last available space.”
