With the nominations deadline for the South Coast Property Awards 2025 creeping closer by the day, we can’t wait to see which worthy winners take home their much-deserved trophies from this year’s event.

With 15 various all-encompassing categories to be entered, there’s one in particular that holds a high level of prestige within the region. Our independent judges will have their work cut out for them as businesses across the South Coast vie to become the South Coast Property Business of the Year.
