What will be the Regeneration Project of the Year?

As the landscape of the South Coast region continues to evolve with countless projects underway at all times, we’re looking to highlight the Regeneration Project of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2025.

Sponsored by AECOM, this award will be presented to the development that has made the most incredible impact on the area. This could be an urban regeneration project, community-based project or an infrastructure development programme that stands out from the crowd due to its significance in the region’s property sector.

It is vital that towns and cities in the region adapt and evolve to meet the future needs of both the workforce and the local community, and we can’t wait to take this chance to celebrate the hard-working people behind these initiatives.
