West Sussex Navigator Hotel sold for £865k
The Navigator Hotel, a longstanding establishment situated on the seafront, has been sold to a local buyer this week.
The new owner of the Bognor Regis hotel acquires the property after 22 years of ownership by the previous client.
The sale was successfully completed with a guide price of £865,000.
The Navigator Hotel comprises 12 ensuite letting rooms, a manager's flat, a restaurant and a bar, offering a comprehensive hospitality experience to both locals and visitors. Its prime location on the seafront has made it a popular destination for guests.
The sale was managed by Flude Property Consultants in conjunction with joint agent Nick Earee of Fleurets.
Will Thomas, Director at Flude Property Consultants, commented on the transaction, stating, "The sale of the Navigator Hotel is the latest in a series of successful transactions for Flude Property Consultants along this part of the coast. Having recently let the Waverley Public House next door and the Carlton Hotel further along the seafront, we are proud to continue contributing to the vibrancy of this area. We wish the new owner the best of luck in their new venture and are confident they will build on the hotel's legacy for many years to come.”
