Gloucestershire-based Two Rivers Housing has appointed Charlotte Marshall, Tim Sharpe and Sharon Wilkins to its Group Board as Non-Executive Directors.

Charlotte has been on in the Board of Centigen, the Group’s facilities management company, since November 2021. Her experience in real estate and building portfolio management includes retrofit work and new developments. She has also led a £500 million business with the property and facilities management sector.

She will continue as Non-Executive Director for Centigen alongside her new role Non-Executive Director for Two Rivers.

Tim Sharpe, who also sites on the Centigen Board where he will take on the role of Chair, has also joined the Group Board as a Non-Executive Director. Tim was a Managing Director of a specialist investment and asset management company.

Sharon Wilkins, Director of Homes and Communities at Newport City Homes (NCH) has joined the Group Board as a Non-Executive Director. This is her first Non-Executive Director role. At NCH, Sharon led the development of the NCH’s Customer Voice Strategy. She also sponsored its digital systems review.

Garry King, Chief Executive of Two Rivers Housing, said: “We are delighted to welcome Charlotte, Tim, and Sharon to our Group Board. Between them they bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in key areas of focus for our organisation and will help us deliver on our core purpose.”
