St. Modwen Logistics completes letting in Gloucester to global energy services provider

Global energy services and equipment provider Schlumberger has signed a pre-let on a 55,000 sq ft unit at St. Modwen Park, Gloucester.

The news follows a series of deals this year for St. Modwen Logistics, which has seen the developer lease one million sq ft of space to new customers since the start of 2021, reaffirming the current appetite for urban and big box warehouses. Customer names include DB Schenker, Gardiner Brothers & Co, Super Smart Services, DWK Life Sciences and Euro Star Global – equating to 1,060,769 sq ft of space let across the UK.

Schlumberger supplies the industry’s most comprehensive range of products and services, from exploration through production, and integrated pore-to-pipeline solutions that optimize hydrocarbon recovery to deliver reservoir performance sustainably.
