Sephora to open new outlet at Bluewater in Kent
Cosmetics brand Sephora is set to open a new store at Kent’s Bluewater Shopping Centre, operated by Landsec, this winter.
The launch will mark Sephora’s seventh outlet since coming to the UK in 2022, with existing locations at Westfield White City, Westfield Stratford and Manchester Trafford Centre.
Sarah Boyd, managing director of Sephora UK, said: “We’re thrilled to continue this momentum of our rapid growth by opening Sephora stores in key shopping destinations such as the iconic Bluewater Shopping Centre.
“We’ve loved seeing the enthusiasm and appetite from our customers around the UK of where they’d like to us to show up, inspiring us to roll out more of our ‘beauty playgrounds’ to some of the nation’s most beloved retail destinations.”
James Waugh, centre director at Bluewater, added: “Sephora is one of the most regularly requested brands by our guests, so we’re really excited to be welcoming it to our retail line-up later this year.
“We’ll be announcing more details in due course, with an expected opening date to be shared as soon as possible.”
Sephora will stock brands including Makeup by Mario, GXVE by Gwen Stefani, Haus Labs by Lady Gaga, and TikTok favourite Topicals.
Bluewater also announced in June that the centre would be welcoming new outlets from both Berksha and Pull & Bear after a deal was struck with global fashion brand Inditex.
