Savills strengthens specialist rating team
Real estate services firm Savills has bolstered its specialist rating team with a new associate director.
Keith Mills will be based in the firm's Southampton office and work closely with the London team.
He will be focused on providing business rates advice to clients in the retail, hospitality and leisure property sectors, including pubs, restaurants and hotels.
Mills brings over 26 years' experience in business rates valuation and advice, having spent most of his career at the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) .
He held senior management positions in the south west region and played a pivotal role in the delivery of the 2017 rating list. Notably, he was instrumental in developing the VOA's rating manual for the restaurant class.
