Rivergate, Temple Quay welcomes first tenants since £13m refurbish

Engineering consultants AECOM and consultancy firm DNV are the first tenants to move into refurbished office space, 3 Rivergate, at Temple Quay Bristol.

The 75,000 sq ft 3 Rivergate includes Aecom taking 15,124 sq ft and DNV 11,261 sq ft. A further 10,524 sq ft is currently under offer, leaving 48,615 sq ft on the ground, second and third floor available.

CBRE is advising the landlord as project managers and acting jointly with LSH as leasing agents.
