Reservations top £1m at David Wilson’s new Gloucester development
Properties worth a combined £1 million were reserved at the launch of David Wilson Homes’ Winnycroft development in Gloucester last weekend.
The launch attracted 120 visitors, including both first-time buyers and homeowners.
Properties at the site start at £280,000, with the first residents expected to arrive in early Spring 2025.
Louise Ware, sales director for Barratt David Wilson Homes South West, said: “The response to the launch of our Winnycroft site has been remarkable.
“The number of visitors and early reservations speak to the demand for quality, energy-efficient homes in this fantastic location.”
The scheme, located just off the M5, sits within the larger, existing Winnycroft development being delivered by Barratt Homes Bristol.
It’s seen the housebuilder put £104,000 towards local highways, schools and the local library, as well as fund a new £260,000 community building.
