Redrow South Midlands appoints new head of sales

Redrow South Midlands, a housebuilder currently constructing homes in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, and Hertfordshire, has appointed Andrew Newman as its new Head of Sales.

Andrew brings over a decade of experience in the industry, including nine years with Redrow South Midlands, to the role.

Andrew’s previous role was Area Sales Manager for Redrow's Midlands division, in which he managed a team of sales consultants and was responsible for setting up new sites and helping the sales teams meet their targets. His new role will see him managing the sales and marketing departments and overseeing the launch of upcoming developments in Lower Stondon and Sawston.

Speaking about his appointment, Andrew said, "I am thrilled to be leading the fantastic Redrow South Midlands division. I have always been passionate about being a part of the customer journey, and there is nothing like seeing a home being built from scratch and then handing over the keys to its new owners.

“My new role will allow me to support customers through every step of their journey to finding their new home, providing high-quality customer service and giving more people in the region the opportunity to become Redrow homeowners."

He also acknowledged the added challenges that the current economic climate brings, but expressed confidence in the team at Redrow South Midlands to rise to the task. "It is an honor to create places that people call home, and I take great satisfaction in building thriving new communities that our homeowners are proud to call home," he said.

"I look forward to starting the new year in this role and using my background with Redrow to ensure the South Midlands division continues to be successful."
