Oxford Technology Park names new office and lab facility INNOVOX
Oxford Technology Park (OTP) has unveiled a name for its new three-storey facility – INNOVOX.
The 34,125 sq ft building contains suites starting from 3,956 sq ft, which owners Life Science REIT says are ideal for office, laboratory and R&D uses.
Bespoke office and laboratory fit-out packages are available for spinouts, startups and companies requiring grow-on space.
The renaming follows a competition inviting park occupiers to submit suggestions which would highlight the building’s significance and role within the community.
The winning entry, INNOVOX, was submitted by Carlos Gonzalez from Fortescue Zero.
Located at the entrance of the park and adjacent to the headquarters of LGC Group’s The Native Antigen Company (TNAC), INNOVOX is home to tenants including Arcturis Data, Oxford Ionics and Cala.
Ian Harris, director of asset management at Life Science REIT, said: “Thank you to everyone who participated in the competition.
“The enthusiasm and creativity shown have significantly contributed to this rebranding effort and the continued evolution of OTP.”
OTP was acquired by Life Science REIT in May 2022.
It now comprises six completed buildings totalling 231,600 sq ft and 266,100 sq ft of development space.
