Oval Real Estate Secures lease with BLOCK Workspace at Bristol's The Fairfax

Real estate services firm JLL has completed a lease agreement at The Fairfax, a prominent office development undertaken by Oval Real Estate in the heart of Bristol.
BLOCK Workspace, a renowned serviced office operator, has secured four floors of the office development, securing their commitment to The Fairfax and the city's bustling business landscape.
Covering floors 2, 3, 5, and 12, BLOCK Workspace has acquired 21,325 square feet of high-quality office space. The lease term spans a 15-year period, highlighting the tenant's confidence in the exceptional location and facilities offered by The Fairfax. In addition to securing these floors, BLOCK has also taken on the management contract for the building which includes reception services, events and meeting space management.
Strategically positioned in a central location, The Fairfax has undergone a full refurbishment transforming it into a prime destination for Bristol businesses. With its close proximity to Castle Park and the Old City, the development offers a thoughtfully designed workspace across its 15 floors, providing a total of 66,667 square feet of Grade A space with featured amenities, including roof terraces, an exercise studio, a coffee lounge, well-equipped meeting rooms and dedicated cycle and changing facilities.
Alongside providing high class amenity, the developers have shown their commitment to sustainability, with The Fairfax achieving an EPC ‘A’ rating and furthermore, the building was developed with carbon saving construction, achieving the highest Scors rating.
