Nominations deadline extended for Thames Valley Property Awards 2025

The deadline for nominations for the Thames Valley Property Awards 2025 has now been extended to the 18th of July.

With the region’s property professionals being given an additional two weeks to get involved with this highly anticipated event, there’s still plenty of time to throw your hat in the ring for the chance to be selected as one of this year’s worthy winners.

We’re gearing up to shine a much deserved spotlight on the Housebuilder of the Year, Commercial Development of the Year, Property Deal of the Year, Young Property Person of the Year and much more.

Bringing together the Thames Valley’s leading developers, agents, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and architects for an incredible night of networking and awards, this is one black-tie gala ceremony that you won’t want to miss.

To ensure we’re highlighting the full breadth of Thames Valley talent, this year’s event will also see the presentation of a brand new accolade. The title of Construction Partner of the Year will be presented to an outstanding subcontractor or supplier that has played a pivotal role in delivering excellence, in the form of anything from plant hire and carpentry to demolition and utilities, within the property and construction industry.
