A collection of high-specification office suites within Hereford’s Enterprise Zone are up for available for immediate occupation as businesses look to return to the office environment.

Harris Lamb’s Agency team is marketing Stirling House, a new office scheme created by Priority Space commercial property developers and sited adjacent to Skylon Park, offering superb facilities and excellent access links.

Comprising of a total of 24 suites set over two floors, ranging from 304 to 14,708 sq ft, the offices can be occupied individually or combined and are available to buy or let.

Charles Shephard, of Harris Lamb, said: “While the past year has been an uncertain time for the office market, the lifting of restrictions has led to many businesses being keen to reunite their workforces and return to office-based working.

“That said, lessons have been learned and steps are being taken by businesses as a whole to create more space for employees and visitors and to invest in better technology to support flexible working, and Stirling House takes all of those considerations into account to offer a secure, modern and spacious environment for businesses seeking a prime location at the heart of the country,” he said.

A number of the offices have already been let, with occupiers attracted to the development’s CCTV, alarm and access control security system, high-specification fit-out and access to Skylon Park’s Enterprise Zone status and superfast broadband capacity.

Charles added: “While the business centre is well-located just 3.5 miles from Hereford City Centre and 12 miles from the M50, providing great access links to the motorway network, special consideration has been given to the park’s green credentials, with electric car charging points and covered cycle storage being provided alongside dedicated parking and visitor spaces.

Skylon Park was established across 100 acres of countryside.

Stirling House has been developed by Priority Space in partnership with Herefordshire County Council and The Hunt Group commercial building contractors.
