Highways training and recruitment group Adjuvo moves to new Redditch HQ

An ambitious highways training and recruitment group has moved out of Birmingham to a new base in Redditch.
Adjuvo Group is on a strong growth curve after husband and wife directors Steven and Rachel Archer took over full ownership early last year.
With the support of Ben Truslove, joint managing director at John Truslove, they have secured 2,173 sq ft of showroom and office space at 61 Enfield Industrial Estate, on a sub-lease of £15,000 per annum until April 2029.
Ben Truslove said: “With Steve and Rachel at the helm, the Adjuvo Group was looking for a new home that would provide a platform for the future growth of the business.
“With its superb fit-out, convenient location and car parking, the unit on the Enfield Industrial Estate was an ideal fit for them.”
Steven Archer has more than two decades experience in the traffic management industry and has directed successful businesses in the Republic of Ireland and the UK over the past 15 years.
He was recruited to run the firm’s traffic management training centre in 2015 and has overseen revenues growth from £100,000 a year to a £3m multi-discipline business, providing a range of managed support services to the highways industry and beyond.
Services include a vocational training centre, apprenticeships, a recruitment and labour supply division, bespoke safety products, and a 3D animation and virtual reality studio with own training suite on the Redditch site.
As well as an apprenticeship scheme, Adjuvo has expanded to employ around 100 traffic management operatives in its temporary labour supply division.
Now a family business, with Rachel joining the board as a director, the firm has developed an ideal base for its next phase of growth.
